Well this certainly isn't something we normally get here on Love
and Learn!
I Just Finished A Mission Trip
I'm very excited that you want to go into missions work! I just
went on a mission trip recently and had a wonderful time, however
I don't think I am the type that could do that for a living! But
I definitely admire those who do!
This also surprises me because you are so young. It's very encouraging
to know there are young people out there who want to make a difference
in the lives of the less fortunate and who don't care so much about
money and possessions.
In answer to your question I most definitely think there are guys
out there who would love to marry a missionary. I mean, it may not
be on the top of their list of professions but it just falls into
place once you fall in love with someone.
If It's Love Your Profession Won't Matter
I guarantee if you date someone and fall in love, they aren't going
to care what profession you want to go into.
I plan to be a teacher myself, my boyfriend wants to be a doctor.
If he makes enough I wouldn't even have to work, but he has always
said that he wants me to work just so I don't get used to sitting
around the house.
He is a Christian just like I am, we both went on this missions
trip along with many other people. I am just telling you all this
to help you see that it's definitely possible to find great Christian
guys out there!
Like I said it's all in the power of love. If you love someone
you won't care what they want to do as long as they are happy. For
now, just live your life, have fun, make your plans and never let
the worry of a guy get in the way. If it's in God's plan, it will
happen! :)
