He's Not in Love with You
It sounds like you really are in love with him – but that
doesn't mean it will work. The fact that he didn't leave his girlfriend
suggests he may not be as in love with you as he says he is.
You're Wasting Your Time
At any rate, being the other woman, moral issues aside, can be
very painful and a waste of your time. I would tell him you can't
see him as long as he's with her. If he doesn't break up with her,
you know he doesn't really love you.
He'll Never Leave Her
Just waiting around for him to leave her is useless – he will
probably never do it if he won't now.
