hmm...It sounds to me like he's not being very honest. If he's with another girl, and yet telling you that he loves you, then he doesn't really sound like good boyfriend material.

If you really want to give this a try, then I suggest discussing it with him. Tell him that it hurts you to see him and his girlfriend together. Talking is the best way to work things out. If he feels the same way then you two will realize that maybe you should start dating now, but remember to be careful, because the greatest guys can make the worst boyfriends.
