He Deserves Someone Better

I don't think I can answer this question without smart remarks. In my opinion, he deserves better, and he can probably find someone better.

Something Is Missing

I agree because I am having a hard time seeing what the problem is when you are with him.

Something is obviously missing if you aren't satisfied with just him. He is further in the relationship than you are, he is dedicated.

Your Own Decision

I agree. She should work it out by herself.

You have a very important decision to make -- but the decision is totally yours to make.

All I can say is this: can you see yourself living without him?

Leave Him

You're right -- it's not fair to drag him along.

Then by golly leave him. Even if it hurts him, if your relationship keeps going on like this he will hurt in the end anyway -- probably worse than if you just put it out of its misery now.

But, if you know he's the one, lay off the romantic relationship for a while. It may sound crazy, but go back to being "just friends" and from there slowly progress into a serious relationship again.

It sounds like you guys rushed into "intimacy", and although he is good with it, you are still way too interested in being your own person.
